Jim Colin and Cathy will try there luck at the formidable pistes at Teralba We will post the results some time next week - Just wish us luck

I am sure that with the support of all our fans we will perform at our elite best knowing the community of Beresfield is out there hanging on our very existance

Remember we will still be playing at our grounds - Bernadette and John Sheppard will run the day while we are trying to put Beresfield on the map - ok the Petanque map but it is still a map

We look forward to seeing as many of our old friends and our new friends at our grounds as often as you like - our grounds are located next to the Beresfield Bowling Club at the end of the F3 to Newcastle

if you are interested in coming along or want more information call Jim on 0249600945

our next adventure

Valley has been to the NSW Open Doubles at Canterbury - Our first effort at State level

We took 1 Ladies team and 1 Mens Team - Bernadette and Cathy adjusted well to the different piste surface after a dismal start - up was the only way we could go at the end of the day we missed out on the final for the second group by only a point or two - we learnt alot and I am sure with a little more experience we could go all the way - there is no stopping the Vipers

Jim and John Sheppard fought long and hard and it paid off - they won against a previous state title holder in the form of Gino with his side kick Mario Unfortunately this was not enough to get into the money round but the potential for greatness was just below the surface - if we could only get this to the surface a little more often we would be unbeatable
